[Xastir] maps

Yeah, same here, I always pull the tiger maps from the web. I did a dig
and it returned positive, but the ping was negative, 10 packets tx, 0
rx, 100% packet loss. Apparently they are having system failure. We'll
just have to wait, I guess, unless there is a mirror out there.
