[Xastir] xastir and aprsd

If you can find where the ax.25 support is in aprsd (I suspect its in there but 
not documented) you might try running aprsdigi and set up a UDP interface from 
it to aprsd's UDP interface.  I haven't tried this yet byt from reading the 
documentation it looks like it should work (famous last words).

I just established sf.net/projects/aprsdigi...  Still haven't put up a distro 
but the CVS is there.
