[Xastir] xastir and aprsd

I just upgraded  aprsd 2.1.5, to the latest (2.2.5-15) but it still 
only supports serial ports.  I was unable to find the AX.25 tweaked 
version that Curt suggested.  With that being said I think Brian's 
suggestion is the way I am going to go.
