[Xastir] New xastir

Hi.

I need help to get my newly dowloaded xastir version to run. I sent some 
  information about what's going on here, but unfortunately I have not 
received any comments so far. I'll not go back to the old xastir I used.
Then I would prefer to choose windows xp.

Not necessary to say, that I'm -still- a newcommer to linux.
