[Xastir] Maps pause while loading?

This is very similar to a problem that I had back in October.  I was 
able to duplicate it twice, and since then, it hasn't shown up again.  
My last post to the group on this was dated 10-30 (Another possible bug 
with CVS) and it detailed this same thing that you describe.
