[Xastir] object display problems

Hello--

I am running xastir 1.2.1 on Fedora Core 1, on the fedora edition of the 
2.4.22 kernel. I'm using a KPC-3 as my TNC.

My problem is that xastir won't display any other stations on the map 
besides me (and probably only because I have it set up in my station 
configuration). The link between the TNC and xastir is working because 
all of the packets show up in the Display Packet Data window under 
View..Incoming Data. However, after half-hour it still says "1 Stations" 
in the bottom right corner.

I know this is a very broad issue, but any ideas?

I also had a question about the Filter menus. If the checkbox is 
selected, are you filtering IN or OUT the data? I *think* when the box 
is selected, you are filtering IN the data. However, this seems like the 
wrong way to do it; you don't filter IN your real mail, you filter OUT 
spam. Just my two cents about the confusing menus.
