[Xastir] Setup.

Hi.

I have downloaded the most new Xastir. I made a directory 
~./home/erik/src/xastir. Her I placed the downloaded xastir package.
All soo far has been made as user. How can I unpack the package as user ?.

ls -al /home/erik/src/xastir/
