The AX.25 HOWTO document has some info that should be of some use.
Seems like everytime I set up AX.25 kernel networking again though,
that HOWTO is out of date.  Still, it's a good reference, just don't
take it too literally.

Also the linux-hams mailing list might be a good resource if you
don't get satisfaction here.

I know people here are running with soundmodem interfaces.  I know
personally of one on Solaris and one on Linux.
