Nope, but it's on the feature request list.  Feel free to add it and
send me a patch.  ;-)

It wouldn't be hard to implement.  Just copy one of the other
dialogs, change the names, link it into the menus, and create a
callback to it.

Nope.  Not yet.  I don't think that's on the feature request list
either.  You can certainly take out all of the weather stations
and/or weather objects.  That'll do it too.

You shouldn't need to exit from the xterm window, although exiting
from Xastir would be a good idea first.  You should just be able to
kill the X11-server and that should kill all applications using it.
See if it works.  Remember that it doesn't give the applications
notification that they should clean up first, so if you're running
apps that are more complicated and actually doing something with
files at the time, I wouldn't recommend shutting down this way.
