You mention on this page that you have a 300 second refresh of the
map.  Why?  If you're not panning/zooming, the map info is static.
Take out the REFRESH line from your .geo file and you should be
good.

Sometimes Tigermap server is very slow.  You might also consider
creating a snapshot out of that one image and then using that map
instead of the Tigermap server.
