[Xastir] no connection to the internet server

Try with and IP number instead of a domain name to see if you might
be having a DNS problem.

Another possibility is that your NETWORK_WAITTIME variable in your
xastir.cnf file got set to a small value.  Try setting it to 10 or
higher to give it more time to succeed.
