[Xastir] Image Magick no longer working.

Since the lists came back up and it sounded like some new niftyness was
added in the CVS I figured I'd rebuild today.

Previously I was running with everything except festival and it was all
working great.  Today I did a 'cvs update' followe by a './configure'
and even though nothing on my system has changed Image Magick is now
failing, here's the excerpt from my configure.log:

I can't seem to find any api.h for IM anywhere on my system...but I
haven't removed anything and I've had xastir up and running with IM
support for at least a month now.

I'm running Debian Sarge if that helps.  Do I need to reinstall the IM
development package or something?
