[Xastir] Xastir without X-Windows?

But our embedded solution didn't work! :-) I'm part of a group of 
several students at the Oregon Institute of Technology, and we've been 
trying for almost two years now to get something off the ground. Round 
one last year was an embedded solution, but because it was also for 
school credit it had some unreasonable expectations. (IE they couldn't 
use an off-the-shelf TNC) After the initial failures the students that 
built the device lost motivation so now we've just got a pile of 
undocumented hardware. (Although a couple people are revisiting it) The 
big reason for sending the pc up there is that this is supposed to be a 
experiment platform, and the experiments would have a low-powered 
computer at their disposal. But then I'm not really sure I want somone's 
poorly written code crashing our only tracking method!

Thus far we've used hydrogen for our teathered launches, taking care to 
have lots of ventilation of course!
