[Xastir] Can't connect to internet server.

I tried the same thing with telnet, works great.  Tried the same
thing from Xastir CVS, works great.  Are you by any chance putting
"filter" in the filter box?  You shouldn't.

Here's what worked:

  filter Parameters  p/VE7/VA7
