[Xastir] Enter DREAMland

I've been playing around with my new Sharp Zaurus and wondering how long 
it would take to modify XASTIR to work on it when a flash hit me from 
out of the clear blue sky. 

The NEW D-700 TBA will have a complete Embedded linux system on it, and 
the main APRS app will be, natrually, open source.

Yeah, right, Kenwood doing something open source.   Maybe I need to go 
take another nap.
