[Xastir] No decode delegate

try "which" convert 
see if xastir finds ImageMagic where it is suppose to by looking at configure
and compile logs.
(I am making an assumption that maybe you have 2 ImageMagic's installed and one
that xastir sees is broke)
I have done similiar in past
