[Xastir] HSP Fix, does it exist?

Dave,
Xastir 1.2.0 is a bit old and, as another poster pointed out, has some
issues with HSP support. Take a look at --
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xastir -- and download the 1.3.1 release
and give that a try. Let us know if you continue to have problems after
upgrading.
