[Xastir] Map Problem

Line 883 of xastir/src/map_geo.c

The first URL should be active.  The 2nd should be commented out.
They're playing games with us w.r.t. the URL's, as this setup is how
it was orginally, then they went to the 2nd URL, then they went back
to the first.

Check in ~/.xastir/tmp to see what the image looks like that you're
downloading.  It's possible that you're getting the proper thing now
but that your map intensity has been set too low, or that
ImageMagick is doing something funny on you.
