[Xastir] Compression algorithm problem with DRGs

Sigh.  Should have read the whole thread before responding.  This data is
missing *everything* needed to project the image into lat/long.  From the range
of data I see in the corner coordinates I am reasonably sure it's not UTM.

You'll need to get the metadata from the site where you downloaded the images,
construct a data file that geotifcp can grok, and then install the data into
the geotiff file if you have any hope of xastir reading it.  And then you might
still find it can't because it's an odd projection (likely) or datum (less
likely).
