Curt,
Some clarifications:  the path is correct--don't need to migrate 
anything.  I was in error about some config file not found.  There are 
no errors in xterm.  Would you like the whole run.log or would that be 
too large?
Will try the urls you sent me.  Do vector maps go in the maps directory?
