[Xastir] Track Colors

I'm sure you guys are getting tired of me by now, I've read everything I
can and looked everywhere I can think of but haven't figured out how the
track lines work. The tracks are displayed fine, but is there any way to
specify the color for a station? I've been trying to figure out how to
do this as it will be useful for SAR but haven't figured out how.
