Xastir rotates between a set of colors, assigning a color to a
station the first time that station is heard (or the first time it
is detected as moving, can't remember which).

There's no way to select an individual station's track color in the
current code.

It wouldn't be hard to put in an increment button on the Station
Info dialog so that you can step through the various colors, but it
hasn't been done.
