[Xastir] Icom IC-T7h and MFJ-1270 TNC2

Ok, I'll have to try that. I have diagrams of the configuration for the
DIN plug and the audio plugs, hope it works. I'm not sure it supports
KISS, but it does support AX.25, since it comes up and says:

Tucson Amateur Packet Radio TNC 2
AX.25 Level 2 Version 2.0
Release 1.1.3  03/30/86 - 16K RAM
Checksum $3E

I have AX.25 in the kernel, I just haven't fooled with it yet. I'll have
to read the manual to find out if it supports kiss. Hopefully I will
eventually set it up on the server, and make it really useful. But
that's a while away.
