[Xastir] Feature Request-Zooming and html.

We've had that for a very long time.  I click both buttons (or the
middle button if using a three-button mouse) to zoom out by a factor
of two, then click-drag-release with the left button in order to
zoom in to roughly the size of the box that I dragged across.  I
don't tend to use the pan buttons much because of this.

I've set up Apache before so that it has a very simple HTML page
which includes an image.  The image is then a link back to the
snapshot file in the snapshot directory that Xastir is using.  I
think I had to make one small tweak to the Apache config file in
order to allow it to follow the symlink.  It was easy.  There are
others that are doing similar things with the snapshot file.
