Yea, but the README.win32 directions tell you to put this into your
.cvsrc:

    ##cvs -z3
    update -P -d
    status -v
    diff -u

The -z3 option caused a problem when used with SourceForge a while
back, so I commented it out.  Normally I prefer to use it too.
