POSTGRESQL was Re: [Xastir] Davis Weather Monitor II ??

With the POSTGIS extensions it actually can do some pretty cool stuff. 
I did a test about a year ago linking it up with the UMN MAPSERVER and
was able to autogenerate maps.  I didn't do the step of figuring out how
to integrate that back into Xastir displays.
