Running dbfawk & non-dbfawk side-by-side.  Same settings otherwise.
The one with dbfawk has a memory leak, the other does not.  I don't
know if it is specifically related to weather alerts, but weather
alerts definitely make the problem more noticeable as there are
constant shapefile map refreshes that way.
