I have everything up and running great now. I just wish it would redraw faster.

Also Just a comment on the playing of the audio files.  In the read me 
win32 file it says that you must load the nasd program before 
xastir.  While i was trying to get these maps to load i did not load the 
NASD program and it is speaking the new station file. For what its 
worth.  My luck is it wont keep working  Hi Hi
