Is the Alinco set up so that you feed the GPS into the radio, then
connect the radio via another port to the laptop running Xastir?
The GPS and Radio info are both coming into Xastir on one port?

In that case, use the "Serial TNC w/GPS on Aux Port" interface, and
see if that works.  What interface type are you attempting to use
now?
