[Xastir] problem getting gdal/ogr

They sometimes have trouble with one site.  I think they have it on
two different sites, so you might do a google search for GDAL and
then try snagging it from the other site.

The latest GDAL releases seem to work fine as well, so you don't
have to go with CVS anymore.
