[Xastir] problem getting gdal/ogr

Last time I needed to update gdal (a few weeks ago) I had the same problem
and went to gdal website only to find them documenting a different server
than the one I'd used before. I just used that one and all was well.
My current checkout of gdal shows
:pserver:cvsanon at cvs.maptools.org:/cvs/maptools/cvsroot
in the CVS/Root directory.
