[Xastir] Fetch Terraserver Images for off-line use?

Not as far as I know, except for creating snapshots of each piece of
interest, which will create a corresponding .geo file as well.  If
you do those carefully you can rename each one, put them in your map
directory, reindex, and use them.

I think the base files for the terraserver satellite images are from
USGS DOQ files.  You might be able to use those directly in Xastir.
I think Derrick has played with that some.
