[Xastir] Xastir, Cygwin and GPS/TNC

Just an update, after posting this email (things come to me AFTER I post) I
played a bit more. The sleep message with the extraordinate time period seems
to be due to the "set clock to GPS time". When that is checked, my clock gets
set an hour ahead (set to the correct time if I disable daylight savings in
Windows) and the date gets set to December 31, 1967. I'm gonna guess this is
a Cygwin issue?
