[Xastir] Server Port vs. Internet Server?

I just telneted to XASTIR on port 2023

telnet 192.168.0.188 2023

and data came out from XASTIR.

You need to authenticate to SEND to XASTIR

You are seeing urself ... ok then the telnet works

BUt not others....dmapper issue
