[Xastir] Font Errors

This is probably in the FAQ - but, the easiest way to fix this is to
set an environment variable such as:
$ export LANG=c
$ xastir
You can also do:
$ LANG=c xastir
To just have that set for that particular xastir session. I'd suggest
thinking about making it an alias.
