[Xastir] Terraserver Images

Not sure how xastir grabs images but Terraserver now has several sets of 
images for most areas.  I think xastir just uses the USGS images which I 
believe are supposed to be reshot every 10 years...but how quickly they 
make it to Terraserver is another matter.

If you go to terraserver.com directly they show the date image was taken.

I did notice the new color images they have are VERY up to date. 
Looking at my area I can clearly see a new mall which construction 
started on less than a year ago (and which is only just this month 
starting to open) as well as a new school that was built within the past 
year.  The color image lists its date as 4/19/2004.

The USGS image for my area is dated 6/16/1996 - and a LOT of stuff isn't 
  there that was here when I moved here in 99 :D

Would be cool if someone could put together a page where you give an 
address then it grabs as many sat images as it can find going back in 
time and showed the progression as a video....

Oh yeah....and what's a cloud, I think I remember those from when I 
lived in Ohio :D
