[Xastir] Help! I'm stuck in usradar.geo and can't get out!

OK, OK! I'll start looking at alternatives for the USRadar gif...
Tiffs, anyone? :-) Just kidding.

Changing to the png version in the .geo file results in a 35% file size
decrease; the rest of the .geo file is unaffected...

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 265654 Oct 5 07:45 01_USrad.png
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 15021808 Oct 5 07:45 01_USrad.tif

I'll see about diminishing the bits/pixel to save some space. I should
be able to do that in the ImageMagick conversion...

I've *STILL* not heard suggestions from folks about subdividing the
country. This is your chance: Give me corner points and I can create
what amounts to a custom mosaic for you; get enough requests and we can
cove the country, make the UI-View users happy, too, and have what we
all need/want in radar coverage.
