[Xastir] Non-functioning Menu. - REVISITED

Hi Curt & everyone,

Just wanted to let you know what I found with this problem from a few weeks back.
Lesstif/OpenMotif is/was at fault. I did some digging around on Google and found
others who were having the same error (Warning: Cannot find callback list in
XtAddCallback) with other software. Seems that OpenMotif 2.2.x has a problem.
Rebuilt without any Motif support and I am currently running Xastir 1.4.1 and all is
well. The suggestion from one guy was to drop to OpenMotif 2.1.30. I just removed it
from the build for now until I can spend more time poking.
