[Xastir] Compiling Xastir with ax25

The loader is not able to find "libax25".  Make sure you have it
installed (mine's in /usr/lib/libax25.a and libax25.so), make sure
the directory is listed in /etc/ld.so.conf, and make sure you've run
"ldconfig" as root.  That should make everything work.
