[Xastir] Cannot load map

Try this instead:

    export LC_NUMERIC="C";xastir &

Let me know if that works.  Make sure to either re-run the inf2geo
script again first or manually change the commas back to periods
first, then after starting Xasir, reindex all maps again to fix up
your map index with the correct numbers.
