I just wasted my two indexes and started up Xastir.  It indexed them
just fine, near as I can tell.  Canadian VE7 calls and US 'A', 'K',
'N' and 'W' calls are getting looked up fine.

Unless I can duplicate it, I can't find the problem.  Anyone else
having the same sort of problem with the FCC/RAC lookups?
