[Xastir] list email delivery problems

I think the list server has some problems.  I have been getting very 
erratic message delivery - some bounce, some get delayed, and some are 
on time.  The bounce message I received showed a long list of others 
who were having problems.  Most of those were .edu addresses, but also 
some from the .ca and .us top level domains.

It appears the postfix server at lists.xastir.org is not playing well 
with smtp.earthlink.net, or perhaps the problem is wholly with 
smtp.earthlink.net.  It was hard to tell from the message fragment I 
received.

I sent a message to xastir-owner at lists.xastir.org, but have had no 
response.

I'm sending this to the list because I've had trouble for the last few 
days, and apparently it's happening to others as well.
