[Xastir] FreeBSD port of 1.4.0.

Evening All,

I've submitted an update to the FreeBSD ports team to bring the port of 
Xastir up to 1.4.0.  Unfortunately there is currently a freeze until 
FreeBSD 5.3 is released so it may be a few weeks before it appears.
