[Xastir] CVS update

Hi Tom,

Thank you again for your help.

./bootstrap.sh
./configure
make install

run without any problem now with my config. So xastir runs as 1.4.1 in 
my system starting this morning.

Seemes to me that your suggestion solved the problem occured with 
Mandrake 10.0.

Later today I will update agn from cvs see what happens after the 
modification.
