[Xastir] Utimeter 2k 3 hour baro reading and wind speed

I got one report back that the U2k 3-hour barometric change is
working fine when negative.  Anyone seeing a problem there?  Perhaps
with non-U.S. units?

What about wind speed?  Is it working now for those U2k weather
stations in complete mode with the latest CVS Xastir code?
