For those that don't know, "sea of blue" is a catch-phrase for a
very annoying thread that happened a long time back on APRSSIG...

This is probably a good time to ask:  What would be a good server
suggestion for the new folks?  We can change the docs to match, or
just point them to a few links to find their own servers.
