Most are for National Atlas files, some are for NOAA shapefiles (which 
are nominally the same data, but the labels and so forth are more 
sane).

The dbfawk file name matches the shapefile name so you can put them in 
the maps (sub)directory with the shapfiles, but the signature _should_ 
be correct so you can drop it in /usr/local/share/xastir/config, too.
