[Xastir] Where to look for serial TNS setup help

I added some more debugging statements.

It goes into this line, but it never comes out...


interface.c  line 9028

    port_data[port].channel = open(port_data[port].device_name,
O_RDWR|O_NOCTTY);

I've looked through my process list and I can't find
any process that has this device open.  Also,
the permissions look ok.  And like I said, minicom
works.

I'm running the lastest xastir 1.4.2
on RedHat 9 (?) kernal 2.4.20-8

It was doing this when I tried my old 1.2 also, but I didn't
debug this far, so I can't guarantee it was the same problem.


Any ideas?
