[Xastir] xastir on a bootable/runable CD?

In the knoppix menu you have to type something like 'boot lang=en'  Problem is
that the german keyboard layout has the "=" sign mapped to ")" on american
keyboard....

So when you try to type boot lang=en, you need to type 'boot lang)en' and it
will appear correct on the screen.
