[Xastir] Back in the xastir saddle

Hi All-
After 14 months I was finally able to get xastir to compile - I have 
upgraded (?) to Fedora Core 3 and it seems to have most of what is 
needed built-in.  So I rejoined the xastir and xastir-dev sigs.

I am thinking about a forum on Wxsvr.net using phpbb (the non-hacked 
version)- mainly to allow a lot of the questions about the weather 
alerts to be answered and used as a knowledge base.  Any ideas?
